MINEBEA MITSUMI Notice of Organizational Changes and Personnel Changes

MINEBEA MITSUMI Inc. hereby announces the following organizational changes and personnel changes.

1. Organizational Changes (Effective as of January 21, 2018)

Electronic Device & Component Manufacturing Headquarters will be reorganized as follows:

① Business Support Div. and Motor Div. will be newly established.

② Information, Industrial Machinery Motor & Special Device Div. and Automotive & Global Motor Business Div. will be abolished.

③ Motor Division will be organized into 3 Business Units and 3 Departments, namely, Stepping Motor Business Unit, DC Motor Business Unit, Airmover Business Unit, Košice Manufacturing Department, Quality Control Department, Motor Business Management Department by Motor Manufacturing Management and will be organized into 4 Departments, namely, Stepping Motor Engineering Management Department, DC Motor Engineering Management Department, Airmover Engineering Management Department, PMDM Engineering Management Department by Motor Engineering Management.

④ Special Device Business Unit will be transferred to Electronic Devices Business Div.
