Applications for training start 2019 from September possible
Simone Nickisch completed her apprenticeship at the Schaeffler Gunzenhausen plant as a machine and plant operator with very good results. The 18-year-old was honored at a ceremony of the State Vocational School Weißenburg with a grade average of 1.8 in the honor of the best professional by the IHK. In addition, two more apprentices at the plant have now completed their training as process mechanics and machine and plant operators. All were taken on an employment relationship. Tanja Baierlein, HR Manager at the Gunzenhausen site, and Training Manager Hans-Josef Zuckermeier congratulated the graduates in unison: "The good results of the trainees are also a confirmation of the work in our training center. We are pleased that we were able to train further highly qualified skilled workers for our own needs. "

At the Gunzenhausen site, around 20 apprentices are regularly prepared for their professional lives. At the beginning of September, six young people start their training at the Gunzenhausen plant.

Throughout Germany, Schaeffler offers training at the highest level to around 1,500 young people at 22 locations. The technology company offers training in 18 industrial-technical or commercial occupations as well as the possibility of twelve different dual study programs.
