NSK Ltd. (NSK; Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Toshihiro Uchiyama) will exhibit its products and technologies at CEATEC 2019 (Combined Exhibition of Advanced Technologies) to be held at Makuhari Messe (Chiba, Japan) from October 15-18, 2019.

Bearings embedded with self-powered sensor unit. Reliably monitor operating condition (bearing health).
Self-powered unit with integrated sensor/generator creates power from the rotation of the bearing. No external power source or wiring required.

Detects component damage/failure for responsive and effective maintenance.

Advanced analysis made easy. Designed so that even new hires can quickly understand and apply the available tools.
Bearing Doctor BD-2 wireless unit comes with ACOUS NAVI software.
3. Direct Drive Motor Wheel Unit
Ideal drive motor for Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV).
Custom two-axis driver unit (e.g. one driver for two wheel units).
Easy to integrate. Driver unit handles all motor control. Host controller development is reduced or eliminated.
Compact design integrating wheel and motor saves space.
4. Drive Module for Autonomous Mobile Robots
Integrated unit detects any kind of object during navigation (including people).
Enables robots to function without floor guide tape or other markings.
Enables robots to flexibly adapt to changes in work area layout with automatic environment mapping functionality.
